The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Any item showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, you must send the original item back to us as instructed.

After we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, the exchange will be processed.

The replacement item will be dispatched approximately 7 days after the original item is received and approved.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
