• Any item showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

• Once your exchange request is approved, you must send the original item back to us as instructed.

• After we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, the exchange will be processed.

• The replacement item will be dispatched approximately 7 days after the original item is received and approved.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

• Woolen items

• Any promotional or clearance products
