Exchange Policy
You must inform us within 15 days of delivery to claim an exchange if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers/papers intact

How Do I Apply for an Exchange?

You must contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the exchange request.

The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

You are required to send the product back via any courier service, along with the original TCS slip that came with your order.

Once the article is received at our facility, the exchange process will begin.
Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Pehchan Mall will bear the delivery charges for re-sending the exchanged product.
