Delivery Time Period

  • The standard delivery time within Pakistan is 5-7 working days (Sundays are not included).

  • Delivery time for selected collections may vary.

  • Free delivery within Pakistan.

  • We also ship worldwide.

  • Note: Shipping timelines may change during festive days or public holidays.


Refund Policy

  • If the article received is damaged in any way, it may be exchanged with another article of the same price range, subject to availability on the website.


Do You Offer a Refund?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

  • However, in cases where we are unable to provide an exchange or any alternative solution, a refund may be offered at our discretion.


Exchange Policy

You must inform us within 15 days of delivery to claim an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers/papers intact

  • The product received does not match the ordered size

How Do I Apply for an Exchange?

  • You must contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the exchange request.

  • The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

  • You are required to send the product back via any courier service, along with the original TCS slip that came with your order.

  • Once the article is received at our facility, the exchange process will begin.

Shipping Charges

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Pehchan Mall will bear the delivery charges for re-sending the exchanged product.

  • Note: During busy periods or festive holidays, exchange timelines may be extended.
