Refund policy

All prices include G.S.T.
Sold items are not refundable.
You must request an exchange within 7 calendar days of your item's delivery date.
Once your request is approved, you will need to send the original item back to us in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange will be processed.
The exchange item will be delivered to you approximately 7 days after we receive your original return at our facility.
Sale or discount products and woolen items have no guarantee or exchange/refund policy.
